بارزاني في بغداد.. لماذا؟

بارزاني يزور بغداد لتكريس حقيقة أن البيئة العراقيّة مهيّئة للمصالحة الوطنيّة، بشرط توفّر روحيّة أخ أكبر.

حملت زيارة رئيس إقليم كردستان العراق مسعود بارزاني في السابع من تموز/يوليو الجاري إلى بغداد، الكثير من الدلالات وعكست بيئة عراقيّة مناسبة للحوار، ليس لحلّ المشكلات بين إربيل وبغداد فقط بل وعلى صعيد معالجة الأزمات العراقيّة المتواصلة على صعد مختلفة.  

وعلى الرغم من أن زيارة بارزاني إلى بغداد جاءت لإنهاء مرحلة من القطيعة بين حكومة المركز وحكومة الإقليم وأسّست لمبادئ يمكن الاستناد إليها لحلّ المشكلات بين الجانبَين، إلا أنها كرّست مفهوماً بدا غائباً خلال السنوات الثلاثة الماضية أقلّه في ما يخصّ روح المبادرة لدى الزعماء العراقيّين.
