IMF director credits Gulf, India in boosting global economy

The World Government Summit in Dubai saw world leaders from the public and private sectors gather on Monday to discuss how effective governance can shape economies amid the current global downturn. 

The four-day event, which began Sunday, saw senior technology company executives and government leaders gather to find solutions on how governments can better work with societies to prosper during difficult times.
