Mohammed Jaham Al Kuwari is the Qatari ambassador to the United States. He served for a decade as Qatar’s ambassador to France with accreditation to Switzerland and the Holy See. In 2007, he was non-resident ambassador to Monaco and Portugal. ​Al Kuwari received his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Portland and a master’s degree in international relations from the University of Madrid.
