The chief executive officer of Dubai-headquartered real estate firm Dar Global has hinted at more luxury property developments in collaboration with the Trump Organization being announced in Saudi Arabia’s so-called gigaprojects.
London-listed Dar Global is already working with the Trump Organization, the company owned by US President Donald Trump, on several luxury developments in the Middle East.
Among them are two high-end real estate developments in Riyadh and two in Jeddah. The company announced in 2022 that it is also developing a Trump-branded resort with villas and a golf club near Oman’s capital, Muscat. Dar Global is also working on the Middle East’s first Trump International-branded hotel in Dubai, featuring luxury apartments and amenities including the world’s biggest outdoor pool, set for completion in 2026.
The most recent joint project between Dar Global and the Trump Organization was a Trump Plaza in Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea port city of Jeddah announced on Sept. 29. The new development, along King Abdulaziz Road in central Jeddah, will include apartments, office space and townhouses.
