Amazon Egypt launches page for Egyptian handicrafts
Amazon Egypt launched a new page for thousands of Egyptian handicrafts and heritage products, with the aim of supporting and encouraging Egyptian products.
CAIRO — Amazon.eg recently launched a new storefront for thousands of Egyptian handicrafts and heritage products to support Egyptian products. The new marketplace showcases products from Egyptian partners, manufacturers and brands.
The new storefront was announced Oct. 10 during the Turathna exhibition for Egyptian heritage and handicrafts, organized by Egypt’s Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency (MSMEDA). The launch was inaugurated by Egyptian Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouly.
