Iran will once again be at the top of the foreign policy agenda this coming week as Congress returns from its monthlong summer break.

The House of Representatives is expected to begin debate on its resolution to reject the nuclear deal Sept. 9 and could vote by Sept. 11. Congress has until Sept. 17 to vote on a resolution of disapproval, which would bar President Barack Obama from lifting statutory sanctions.
