Snowstorms create deadly conditions for displaced Syrians

Heavy snowstorms blasted NW Syria this month. Displaced Syrians now contend with freezing temperatures that have frozen water systems, large blankets of snow that have collapsed shelters and closed roadways, and renewed threats of flooding as the snow melts.
