January 23, 2026: Al-Monitor's Jack Dutton spoke with Kurdish protesters demonstrating outside of the USA house today at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. The protesters are gathered to denounce the Sharaa administration's attacks on the Kurds in Rojava. Syrian interim President Ahmed Al Sharaa had planned to address the World Economic Forum today, but did not travel to Davos to attend the forum amid unrest inside Syria.
