Delta Air Lines announced on Thursday that it will soon resume flights to Israel following similar moves by United Airlines, British Airways and other carriers.

Delta said in a press release it will resume daily nonstop flights to Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion Airport on June 7.

Along with other international carriers, Delta suspended flights in October at the start of the Israel-Hamas war.

Delta said in the release that it worked to strengthen its position in Israel during the suspension. In December, the airline signed a codeshare agreement with Israel’s El Al.
