UAE intercepts Houthi ballistic missile as Israeli president visits

The Houthis are warning of additional attacks after the third attempted strike on Dubai and Abu Dhabi this month.

The United Arab Emirates said its forces shot down a ballistic missile fired by Yemen’s Houthi rebels on Monday during a historic visit by Israel’s President Isaac Herzog.

Houthi spokesperson Yahya Saree claimed the attack targeted Abu Dhabi with “a number of Zulfiqar ballistic missiles.”
