Israeli contractor working on Gaza security wall injured by gunfire

Palestinian farmers were also injured by Israeli military artillery fire in response to the shooting.

Israeli and Palestinian civilians were injured in an exchange of fire near the Gaza Strip today. 

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said a “shooting attack” from northern Gaza injured an Israeli civilian. Israeli tanks struck several Hamas military posts in response, the IDF said on Twitter.
