Israelis head back to the polls

Israel is having its second national election in six months, as Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu tries to fend off a challenge from the centrist Blue and White party. But the bigger political threat may come from an ally-turned rival, Defense Minister Avigdor Liberman.
