The China-Saudi Investment Conference began on Tuesday in Beijing while the kingdom’s minister of investment, Khalid Al-Falih, visited.
Senior officials, CEOs, investors and other business leaders from the two countries descended on the conference, which is expected to attract more than 700 delegates.
In a speech at the summit, Falih urged Chinese investors to “seize” business opportunities in the desert kingdom.
Themes including agriculture, clean energy, financing, investment, mining, tourism, entertainment, food security, logistics, shipping and supply chains are on the agenda of the conference.
