Loujain al-Hathloul, a prominent Saudi women’s rights activist, has been released after 1,001 days in custody, her family says. 

“Loujain is at home !!!!!!,” her sister Lina al-Hathloul tweeted Wednesday along with a photo of a jubilant Hathloul. Their other sister Alia al-Hathloul tweeted that it was “the best day of my life.”
