Al-Monitor Names Elizabeth Hagedorn as a Correspondent
Hagedorn will be reporting from Washington, D.C.

Washington, D.C. - Al-Monitor, the global news organization covering the Middle East, announced today it has named Elizabeth Hagedorn as a Correspondent. Prior to Al-Monitor, Hagedorn reported for print and video broadcasts from and about the region for outlets including The Guardian, Middle East Eye, Circa and Newsy.
In this role, Hagedorn will be reporting from the Al-Monitor headquarters in Washington, DC, providing news on US policy towards the Middle East. In this new position, Hagedorn will further Al-Monitor’s goal of reaching and engaging with audiences who wish to understand the nuances of a region that is so rapidly changing.
