Maya Arakon

Maya Arakon is an associate professor of political science and international relations at the Suleyman Sah University in Istanbul. She specializes on terrorism and violence, the Kurdish question in Turkey and conflict resolution. She has contributed to the Turkish newspaper Haberturk and to the online news website T24 as a columnist. She was also a permanent guest at a weekly political analysis program “Nasil Yani?” at A Haber TV and the host of “Herkes Icin Ozgurluk” at Samanyolu Haber TV.
