Froilan T. Malit, Jr. is a visiting researcher at the American University of Sharjah who focuses on state, temporary labor migration and low-skilled labor in the GCC region. He holds an MSc in migration studies from Oxford University, a BSc (Hons) in industrial and labor relations and an MPA from Cornell University.
