مدينة غزّة، قطاع غزة — "لا دخّان من غير نار"، هكذا يقول المثل القديم، ويبدو أنّه ينطبق في هذه الحال على حكومة الوفاق الوطنيّ بقيادة رئيس الوزراء رامي الحمدلله، حين سارعت بنفي الخبر الّذي تسرّب حول استقالتها. وكان أعلن مساء الأربعاء في 17 يونيو/حزيران من عام 2015 نمر حمّاد، وهو المستشار السياسيّ للرّئيس الفلسطينيّ محمّود عباس أنّ رئيس الحكومة الفلسطينيّة رامي الحمدلله قدّم استقالته إلى الرّئيس.

فيما نفى النّاطق الرسميّ باسم الرئاسة نبيل أبو ردينة لوسائل الاعلام، ما تردّد عن تقديم رئيس الوزراء الحمدلله استقالته للرّئيس محمود عبّاس.
