أقرّ رئيس الحكومة العراقيّة نوري المالكي في 23 تموز/يوليو الجاري في بغداد، بوجود "خلل وغباء" في عقود وقّعها مسؤولون عراقيّون مع شركات عالميّة لتحسين التغذية بالطاقة الكهربائيّة.

وقال في اجتماع مع خبراء في الشأن الاقتصادي نقلته محطات فضائيّة عراقيّة، إنه "شكّل لجنة للتحقيق في تقصير مسؤولين عراقيّين مختصّين في الطاقة".
